ABOUT ME
hi !! if you're here from my tumblr (@cosmicmsp), i'm sommer !! i live in the US (georgia) but i plan on traveling to different places once i'm in college this year ! i'd like to think of myself as being a writer; i've been writing since i was in the fifth grade (can you imagine i used to write entire books in flimsy composition notebooks?). i paint quite a lot and i'm very passionate about photography. speaking of passion, music fuels everything i do ! i collect vinyls/cds along with music magazines and books pertaining to artists and bands. if you want to hear someone ramble on about the manic street preachers or oasis, i'm your girl ♡
i happen to have generalized anxiety disorder and depression, but i try my hardest to make a few friends and keep myself occupied with my interests and such to distract myself, or at least become a bit stronger (remember that you hold indescribable power and that you can heal from anything - it is quite hard, but it is possible ♡).
a few other things about me !!:
- my favorite colors are pink, light blue, and yellow
- my favorite things to watch on youtube are cute videos of people traveling or creating art, or even talking about things while they're doing something - i feel like those types of videos are very peaceful and safe
- i love baking quite a lot, one of my dreams is to be able to bake cookies or cupcakes for people for absolutely no reason haha - i think baking in general is super cute !
- i journal A LOT - so far i have nine journals in total filled with poems and me getting things out of my system, things about love and sadness along with scribbles of lyrics or lines from my favorite films and books :)
- creative writing and political science are my top interests, along with greek/roman history (as well as greek mythology) and biology - i plan on studying all of this in college
- my favorite foods are: frosted cheerios, pizza, cookie dough ice cream, macaroni & cheese, peanut butter w/ bananas on toast
- one of my favorite words is "lunae" which is latin for "moonlight"
- i believe in synchronicities and that many things and situations in life are connected
